Booking Fee: To book an appointment a $25 non-refundable fee is required. Your appointment will not be reserved unless the booking fee is paid in full. The fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service and the remaining balance will be due at the time that service is rendered. Please note that your booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual.
Method of Payment: Le Grand Pro Experience accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, All Major Credit Cards, Cash App, and PayPal.
Rescheduling: In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your booking fee may be applied to your rescheduled service within 14 business days of cancelling your original appointment.
Cancellation: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice via phone or email to cancel and reschedule your appointment. Please be aware that you will forfeit ANY and ALL booking fees or payments made, NO EXCEPTIONS! If cancellation is due to circumstances of the artist, a full refund of all monies/booking fees paid will be issued within 2 business days.
Tardy Policy: Please be courteous and ensure that if you are receiving service to please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are going to be tardy, please notify me by phone as soon as possible. Failure to notify me in advance will result in a late charge of $15 for every 15-minute delay. If client is more than 15 minutes late then his or her appointment may be cancelled (at the sole discretion of the artist) and any appointment monies will NOT be refunded. We strive and make every effort to ensure the timeline for client services is maintained. This policy seeks to protect those who are booked for appointments.
Travel Fee: All services are done in studio unless you specify that travel is needed at a different location. Travel fee costs may include but are not limited to a flat-rate travel fee, parking or valet, airfare & hotel accommodations (for travel outside of Boston, MA).
Photo Release/ Use of Image: Le Grand Pro Experience may ask to take before and after photos of services. These photographs will be used for promotional purposes ONLY. By booking your appointment, you authorize Le Grand Pro Experience or any assistants to use your photos for their websites or social media.
